IBM's techexplorer was installed in sundial. It enables viewing
directly TeX files with netscape.

  Usage:

  1. set environment:
    
    setenv TECHEXPLORER_HOME /usr/local/techexplor
    setenv NPX_PLUGIN_PATH $TECHEXPLORER_HOME/PlugIn

  2. netscape&

  3. file -> Open Page <tex.file>

  4. Open in Navigator
